พันธกิจ
ภาควิชาวิสัญญีวิทยามีวิสัยทัศน์ “เป็นสถาบันฝึกอบรมแพทย์ประจำบ้านสาขาวิสัญญีวิทยาเพื่อผลิตวิสัญญีแพทย์ให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการ และรองรับการขยายตัวด้านการสาธารณสุขของประเทศ″
และมีพันธกิจ ดังนี้
- จัดการศึกษาเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตแพทย์ที่มีความรู้คู่คุณธรรมตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน WFME
- ให้บริการวิสัญญีอย่างมีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานแห่งวิชาชีพ
- ส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อวิชาชีพและสังคม
- สนับสนุนด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมเพื่อธำรงไว้ซึ่งเอกลักษณ์ไทย
- พัฒนาหลักสูตรแพทย์ประจำบ้านสาขาวิสัญญีวิทยาตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานราชวิทยาลัยวิสัญญีแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทย
- ผลิตแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญสาขาวิสัญญีวิทยา เป็นแพทย์ที่ดีมีความสามารถ มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมแห่งวิชาชีพ
our missions
To fulfill our vision -aiming to implement residency training program in anesthesiology-, our department provides
- anesthesiology courses with ongoing revision each year to customize the student’s preference and feedback and, at the same time, the standard of medical undergraduates competency is achieved in terms of anesthesia-related knowledge, skills and attitudes. We also aim to comply with the basic standard of undergraduate level according to WFME requirements. Two compulsory courses (AS 501 and AS 511) are for year 5 students while an elective one (AS 622) accommodates those who have special interest in anesthesiology particularly year 6 students. Our medical graduates should be ethically and professionally attributive.

- anesthesia care and anesthesia consultation at our university hospital, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center. Staff anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists are qualified to the standard of practice determined by the Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand and
- research work (clinical research) as well as R2R projects contributions which are tangibly useful in healthcare prospective
- awareness in Thai cultural activities and inherent values
